What About This Website

This website is distributed for protein inter-amino-acid contact/distance predictions and 3D structure predictions. For the former, we use deep neural network models for the purposes. After the contact/distance restraints were obtained, some other geometry restraints, such as the secondary structure prediction and beta sheet pairing can be predictd by the available softwares.

All the above restraints are then fed into the Ab Initio protocol (AbinitioRelax) from the Rosetta protein simulation suite. The best predicted structure is chosen the one with lowest Rosetta energy score.
